You know who else is owed waffles? ME. I had to fend off a very...insistent man. Turns out Jubes didn't need rescuing from him, _I_ did. And while he seemed reasonably attractive, that's not my thing.

Except for the time when I was female. :P

Poor baby. Think of it as a learning experience. You never know when you're going to have to avoid the advances of someone, after all.
